Fair questions
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no joining fee, no contract and no notice period. Memberships can be paused or cancelled from the app in about four taps.
I have never lifted a barbell. Is that a problem?
That is the point of us. Every new member gets a technique session in their first week, and coaches scale every class to the person in front of them.
What happens after the 30 day intro?
You pick a tier or you walk away, no hard feelings. The intro does not auto renew and nobody will chase you with sales calls.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, any tier can be paused for up to three months a year. Life happens, your membership should cope.
